User Data Deletion Instructions

1. Remove Trenz's Access in Facebook

Removing the app stops Trenz from accessing your Meta data going forward.

• Log in to Facebook and open Settings & privacy > Settings.
• Open Business integrations.
• Find Trenz, select it, and click Remove.

Removing the integration revokes Trenz's access tokens. It does not by itself delete data that Trenz has already stored, so please also send us a deletion request (Step 3) if you want that data deleted.

2. Remove Trenz's Access in Google

Removing access stops Trenz from accessing your Google Ads data going forward.

• Sign in to your Google account and open https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
• Find Trenz in the list of third-party apps and services, select it, and choose to delete all connections or remove access.

Removing access revokes Trenz's OAuth tokens. It does not by itself delete Google Ads data that Trenz has already stored, so please also send us a deletion request (Step 3) if you want that data deleted.

3. Request Deletion of Your Data

Email it@trenz.ai with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Please send it from the email address registered to your Trenz account, if you have one, and include:

• The email address of your Trenz account.
• Your name and company name.
• The Meta business portfolio ID(s) and/or ad account ID(s) you connected, if any.
• The Google Ads customer ID(s) you connected, if any.
• Whether you want us to delete all of your Trenz account data, or only the data received from Meta and/or Google.

We may ask you to confirm your identity before we delete anything, to protect your account.

4. What Happens Next

• We will acknowledge your request by email within 5 business days.
• We will complete the deletion within 30 days of verifying your request, and confirm by email when it is done.
• After deletion, we stop accessing your Meta data and delete the Meta data we store, including access tokens, business and ad account information, campaign and ad information, and advertising performance data.
• For Google Ads, we revoke our OAuth tokens and delete the Google Ads data we store, including your Google Ads customer IDs and account names, campaign, ad group, ad, and keyword settings, performance reports, and any conversion data you uploaded through us.
• If you asked for full account deletion, we also delete your account information and user content.

5. What We May Keep

• We may keep limited information when the law requires it (for example billing and transaction records) or when it is needed for security, fraud prevention, or resolving disputes. Residual copies in backups are overwritten or deleted within 180 days. We will not use retained data for any other purpose.
